Advanced Steel Fabrications has internal and external drafting capabilities with access to 16 drafts people utilising Tekla X-Steel
software, one of the latest and most innovative 3D software on the market. X-Steel’s greatest testimony
is the minimising of drafting errors, essentially eliminating the need for these corrections on site this increases
the efficiency and continuity of our on site crew. X-Steel has the ability to integrate with CNC machinery further

The Daito DNF1050 drilling and GT7010 CNC
sawing line offers cutting & drilling capacity with the ability to process beams up to 1,025mm x
500mm and 3 drilling heads working independently.

The fabrication workshop and loading area is serviced by five, 5 tonne overhead cranes and forklifts with up to 10 tonne capacity. We have in addition to the beam lines, section band saws (800mmx 500mm +/- 60° capacity), cropping & punching machines, plate profile cutting (oxy and plasma), drills, presses, section rollers, numerous welding stations and transport facilities including several fixed & extendable trailers.

With our recent introduction of two totally independent drill/saw lines ASF has tripled its workshop capacity without having to relocate or dramatically increase its workshop size. The speed and accuracy of the workshop has been fine tuned, offering improved programs and workshop efficiencies. We can also offer, volume cutting of RHS and hot rolled sections (+/- 60°) via our Cosen C-800 DMNC Saw.
The Daito DS400 drill sawing line is specifically set up for high volume processing of small sections such as ; flat bars,
